Diet'DoG will endeavour to process your order within two working day of receipt. In the unlikely event that any products are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will certainly keep you informed via email of the progress of your order.
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day.
We use a variety of carriage methods to ensure that the most efficient service is always used for your selection, including Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1PM, Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1PM with Saturday Guarantee, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL. Our carriage charges depend on a number of factors including the weight and size of the consignment. Orders over £50.00 receive FREE delivery. Our carriage charges are based on item parcel weight as follows:
